Eldora Raceway Commission. Earl and Berneice Baltez are well known names on the dirt-track racing scene. They founded one of the premier raceways in Rossburg, OH, Eldora Raceway. Years later, Tony Stewart; renown dirt-track, Indie, and NASCAR driver, purchased Eldora. He wanted to honor the former owners and legends, Earl and Berneice by placing a life-size bronze in the entryway of the arena. Today Earl and Berneice are still greeting visitors to the races.
